Some staff members are clearly dedicated to their program goals. PSR Chapters do effective work with very few resources.

The organization coasts entirely on accomplishments of the distant past. The work culture is unimaginably dysfunctional due to identity crises, chain of command issues, a near total lack of transparency, and utterly poor leadership from the board downward. There is no investment in employee professional development as funds go toward maintaining a lavish appearance. The result is an unhappy workforce with a revolving door of voluntary and involuntary turnover.
