6 years ago I asked to be trained in other departments. I asked over and over for 3 years until I was pulled aside and said to stop asking. At that time I would have still given them 5 stars. The last year and a half I was sill considered full time, but I was lucky to get 75% of my hours. They said I could get hours in other departments, but those department mostly refused it when ever I was short. Most employees that I talked to were in the same boat, and yet they continue to hire more people. Another thing to mention. If you are like me and like to keep your personal and private life separate then this is not the place for you. I had a couple personal emergencies that I needed time off for, and told management, by the time I got back everyone knew my business and commented on it, regardless of if I knew them.
