Some flexibility in leaving work early or coming in late to make various appointments. As long as your store is fully staffed you can take vacation.
Kontras
Absolutely no care for Store Managers. Upper management stretches you very thin and doesn’t know how to help you be successful with all the different tasks a store manager has. Unless you work 60-70 hours in a bigger store they will put you on probation for falling behind anywhere. With extended hours they are giving us a shared employees which means the employee will spend half the time at a different store.
