Depends on the team that you are in but it is really draining. I don't feel the belongingness or connection with my peers. I applied for a job within the company and was said to expect to have the same salary as my current job. They would've saved a lot of time and energy by hiring me instead because I am familiar with the systems used in the company. It would require minimal effort for me to master the skills for the new job. Which is why I accepted an identical job with an another company which pays double.
