Good working conditions, team oriented and flexibility with scheduling. No holidays or weekend work.

Sitting all day with little opportunity to move about. No availability of sit/stand work stations. Provides many "extras" that are not available to those who are restricted to the phones, such as health classes, exercise classes, finance seminars and other activities offered throughout the work day during the year. All of these cost the company money with no benefit to those that are on the phones all day.
