Flexible hours. Good training for future careers. PPD focuses on new training rather than retention. Laid back. Most people are friendly, very 'clicky'
Kontras
No room for career advancement. You will be expected to do more advanced testing, but will not be compensated for it. Salary not based on performance. If you're bad/horrible at your job you will not be let go. (Could be a pro for some.....and is). Micromanagement. Some groups work significantly harder than others, but upper management is oblivious.
