      Pros

      Great opportunity for somebody right out of college. Pay is not competitive with industry standard, but hey, they hire and train amazingly well. Good PTO and direct management.

      Kontras

      Expect lots of stress both at work and when you go home. GMP is stressful and gets to every employee after enough time. I also do not agree with internal policies due to my own morals and ethics, which has caused friction in recent days.

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
