Decent level of training (good for newer CRAs), allows CRA to work quite autonomously, able to work from home, good travel perks (travel day before monitoring, travel lounge access, decent accommodation/food/travel allowance).
Kontras
Limited movement for growth (management will try to slow CRA progression to keep CRAs at the same level for as long as possible due to demand). Management team are not the most effective and supportive.
