Growth - There are many available avenues to grow at PPD. Benefits - Good insurance, ESPP, etc. Better than most. Company stability - despite the beating the stock has gotten, the company is in excellent financial shape. No debt. It isn't going anywhere for a while. Communication - Open access to upper management
Kontras
PPD is not the most progressive company when it comes to certain aspects of corporate life. There is a tendancy to wait and see if a policy or benefit works at other CROs or Pharmas before it is implemented.
