The founders are still involved on a day to day basis and share their passion regularly with the company which is great. It builds awesome technology and has some very hard working & talented people. It is hard work, but if you are good you are supported & given the opportunity to take on more responsibility & move around the company.

Yes its hard work - but from hard work comes recognition & promotions. Yes its stressful at times - but its a 'get your hands dirty' kind of start up & you are rewarded for this.
