Pros

When I came to Poet it was for the reason to feel like I made a difference with decisions that could be made and acted upon. Feeling like an owner of the business while just an employee gives me great satisfaction. The team members around me challenge and encourage me to be the best and pick me up when I'm down; that creates a great atmosphere for job satisfaction and job growth.

Before becoming one company under one umbrella, it could be challenging to keep the different business units together in purpose.
