I have been with the Company for a bit over two years, and I still enjoy every minute of it. The team is excellent, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. It is just the way it is; the culture is just set that way naturally. Management does not micro-manage anyone as long as they care for their projects and customers.
The customers are big players in Silicon Valley, and the PMCS team enjoys great respect. It's a good feeling, really! People have been staying here for a long time.
