When you work for the company they try to make you feel like you are apart of a family, even though they pay lower salaries than the rest of the industry, which makes you want to work hard. When you leave the company or when they lay you off with little remorse, they move on without a single care or bit of respect for your contributions or dedication to the company. Lesson learned.
