PEX is full of great people doing great work. From day one everyone was very welcoming and eager to help/answer questions. It's clear the team is always working to better the product and experience. In the past few months alone I've seen a lot of product and process improvements. Work life balance is a priority here. Managers trust that you will manage your time appropriately while still setting goals for performance. The team has experienced a lot of growth (new hires) in the past few months and I see a lot of exciting growth opportunities in the future. The new products and functionality (coming soon) make me feel optimistic about the company's future.
