Co workers were nice and pleasant. Sprint had a good rewards program where you can earn points towards nice merchandise or cash gift cards.

The company pays you very cheap. Low hourly wage, commission structure was terrible. 6% of gross profit. So if you made the company say 10k they pay you a whopping $600 and that would be considered a decent commission check. Very high turnover

Pros
It's not always about the numbers. Employee feedback is taken seriously and factored when making decisions. There is always opportunity and leadership promotes from within when possible.
Kontras
No cons. You get out what you put in. This is a commission job and you must be able to adapt to change quickly in any retail environment.
Manager works around schedule as long as I'm willing to step up when needed.
Good 401k benefits - not so much on the medical side.
DM is great at providing sales tips and tricks as well.
Store level employees work together.

HR is so unorganized. Errors on paychecks are an issue, this directly contributes to low moral in the stores. There needs to be better organization and communication among corporate home office and the stores.
