Pros
The atmosphere at this company is great. All the staff are super friendly. Medical benefits are pretty decent. You get to work above the radio stations. During what they call "End of month" occasionally they will buy the staff lunch.
Kontras
Management is a big challenge at this company. The management does not seem to know how to properly train employees (you will shadow an employee in your assigned team for a week and that's all), organization is a big challenge when it comes to who is supposed to be doing what. Requesting time off is a pain. You will not get a yearly review and when asked about pay raises it seems non existent.
