      Good salary and profit sharing if you stay long term

      Not much guidance. Felt like a lot of figure it out yourself, which I think can be a bad thing in a high stakes industry like construction. Very long hours. About 50 a week was normal

      Work life balance was good. Some coworkers were good

      Management position definitely play favorites, pay for amount of work lacks and ESOP is not good.
