The 401K is the best I’ve ever seen, however low pay and limited opportunities to promote outweigh this benefit.

Ancient processes and zero interest in improving them. None of the plants or design centers work in sync, everyone has their own rules and NObody is ever kind of helpful. Way too many rules and ridiculous proceeds, it literally takes days to do basic tasks that should take 10 mins or less. Leadership isn’t understanding or willing to help. Nobody ever gets raises or promoted.
