Pros
After a very disappointing interview that PACE set me up with, I was contacted by Mike Gunther - he apologized (although it was no fault of PACE's that this interview was so bad), and let me know he was looking out for other opportunities for me. This was all in spite of the fact that I was not set up with them, not registered. He went out of his way to find me my new job. And I'm really, really happy here. It's day two, and I already feel great about it. Mike and his team were freaking awesome.

They are working with job-seekers, but are also working with employers, and they can't control how those employers are going to behave at interviews. This is not their fault, obviously, rather an unfortunate side-note to their excellent service.
