Pros

There were some nice people.

Management is awful. There are next to no processes or procedures. The way that things are operating, it is no wonder P1 Group sold them off. This company is NOT progressive. HR and Executive leadership are discriminatory and do not look for diversity. If they can hire a straight white man, they will. Leadership does not care about you. They say they are a "family". Run as far away as you can.

Met some friendly people there that made the job enjoyable. Standard benefits package (health, PTO) Occasional company events that encourage team morale.

Management often emphasizes the importance of communication, yet struggles to practice it themselves. Instead of addressing concerns directly, they tend to go through others, which creates unnecessary tension and confusion. Confidential conversations are not always kept private, despite assurances otherwise. There’s also inconsistency in how performance feedback is gathered and who is involved in that process, sometimes relying on input from people who aren’t in a position to evaluate the work fairly. Pay practices feel inconsistent and lack transparency, and discussions around compensation are discouraged even though company policy states they’re allowed. Additionally, certain employees have been allowed to display unprofessional or harassing behavior toward coworkers—both new and long-term—without apparent consequences.
