What I didn't like about Outerbox is that they under pay you a lot, specialist out here be making $35-$42k, can you believe it?
And they are strict about measuring the amount of time it takes you to do certain tasks.
Like they would say X task should take 2 or 3 hrs, but usually it would take more than that, and they would overload you with more work too.
I worked on Saturdays just to keep up with the crazy workload my "40" hr work week was giving me.
They have too many clients during certain seasons and if they lose any big clients, they start laying off specialists and team members.
I'm certain they could have avoided that if management took some pay cuts, but in the end the higher ups are after profits, and they get this by underpaying employees, and firing them.
