Outdefine gives you all the tools and resources you could want or need to help you accomplish the goals that you set for yourself. We are 100% remote, and have a great team. The founders do really care about every single person and try to help them in their individual role. They treat everyone like a subject matter expert and ask them about their perspective on certain matters in the company.

It is a startup and things are getting built out week by week. We do have international company, so a lot of the team works in several different time zones. If you don't mind building things from the ground up Outdefine is a perfect place to work.
