However, now it's become an enormous corporation with an excessive number of employees who pretend to be busy, but aren't actually making any meaningful contributions. The hardworking ones are completely drained and exhausted, and they feel like they aren't being treated fairly compared to their counterparts on the other side of the Atlantic.
