- constantly changing vision and direction to the point of wasting time building momentum in one direction and then needing to pivot without seeing the value of the work recently invested - they acquired so many companies so fast in the last couple of years and none of these separate pieces of tech work well together -high turnover not only from people choosing to leave but from them firing entire teams on multiple occasions -lack of focus on supporting women in taking on and being successful in leadership positions, ask them how many female leaders there are in the org -they're rebranding themselves as Harver (one of the many companies they acquired) and a lot of tenured employees feel this is an attempt to lean into that technology and wash off the mess they created with all the other disparate platforms -spiteful senior leaders have jumped straight to threats of legal action against former employees before even connecting with those people directly to understand relevant context
