The company was very supportive in encouraging new ideas and strategies. I was able to suggest Ideas that were implemented. Its a small company so everyone gets to know each other and certainly very closely together in a team.
Kontras
A lot of projects were not implemented to the very last minute which resulted in employees rushing to get projects done. This was also due to the fact that there were a lot of projects for a small staff.
