Pros
I have 15 years of Recruiting Experience as a top recruiter in several different organizations, and am a Presidents Club Award Winner. I've worked in a variety of organizations that range from the largest staffing companies to smaller "mom and pop" shops. I've found Orion to be a perfect home for me in that they are open to suggestions, don't micro-manage, and are growing at a good pace both organically and from mergers. They have brought on some top new VP's and Management that have brought excellent process to some areas that needed it. I see excellent growth potential here. The salary is very competitive and there is not a lot of "politics" going on that you see in other organizations.
Kontras
Orion is still not an extremely large organization so they do have some "growing pains". If you want to work in an organization where you can have input and help craft things this is perfect for you. If you want to work somewhere there are layers of management to deal with and everything has a "form" or "process" to go through, then you probably wouldn't like working here. ;-)
