Very haphazard accounting of funds--even with employee payments Proceedures were management way or highway, even when organization deems different Condescending to clients, clients did not want to communicate with management--only with 'handeler' Did not allow time to address certain types of inquiries from members--told to shuffle off to another employee who was present one day per week Had to watch your back all the time, management would try to 'snag you up' on anything' including time off, time worked, reimbursements, pay increases, signing unrealistic employment contracts for far more time than normal, etc.
