Too dependable on head office, limited pay rise (no raises upon promotion, even if the actual value is far less than hiring externally), hundreds of useless unproductive dinosaurs that will not be released, while young productive talented people are let go easily. If you want a career, don't go there. If you need a salary, its ok.
