      The CEO does not manage intelligently, he leads with fear and honesty everyone can read right through it. The directors mean good but they are not intelligent either, bless their heart.

      Competent hiring staff/process. Group training week

      Completely thrown into the dark when starting with new clients. No case manager present in person. All meetings done through video call which makes it difficult to multitask ipad and in person client
