Good place to work but strict timings - HR-Trainee bei Optymize: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been working in this organisation for the past 8 months and as a Human Resources Executive, I can gladly say that the work culture and various opportunities that Optymize puts on the table for us is extremely good. Optymize provides a wonderful platform to enhance and sharpen your skills not just as a freelance developer but also as an employee. It has helped me personally in gaining so much experience and the confidence to do even better.

If we can get more diverse clients, as we have many freelancers in our inventory but the requirement which we get is more into niche technologies hence we would like to help candidates from different technologies to showcase their talent and skills as well.

I am working as HR at Optymize. The best thing I liked in this organization is remote work which make our work life balanced. Employees are also very supportive and helpful. It's a really great work place.
