No pros that i experienced other than the fact that when I started the compensation given was good

You have no say in which team you are put in and getting out of the team is almost impossible. People sitting here for the past 14-15 years are adamant and do not want to listen or change their way of doing things.Cost cutting is too much, employee engagement is low.Managers don't have any people skills and if you come here you will forget any former knowledge that you have had.
