I want to echo the same sentiments as the previous comments. Please, don't work here. If you don't struggle with addiction, you won't fit into this group. Management is inexperienced, controlling, and unstable. She leads with anger and throws fits. If she can’t get her way, she will try to manipulate you until you leave by deleting documents. Her behavior is encouraged by superiors. The pay is low, the benefits are lackluster at best, and the environment is toxic.
