Optini is a true "innovation hub" where you can look 3-5 years down the road for potential industries to disrupt and then build products to match.

It's hard to accomplish the big picture goals with a smaller budget. I think if the team had more resources then better products would come out of it.

Fair environment. All ideas were heard. Everyone was part of the team. Learning on the job was encouraged.

Pay was far below average.
