The family like environment..and just talking to people. At suddenlink I was #1 in customer service the entire time i was there The incentives gave me extra cash.

The downside was being on the phone customer dont het to havr a personal face to face experience with the person helping them so they are more inclined to think your not helping them or dont want to. I enjoy face to facr a little more.
