Current leader of APJ always has a sour attitude and treats employees without respect. Says office is "flexible" but just this past week reprimanded the Sydney office for those that chose to work from home, to the point that people were apologising in the chat. Days in the office are mandatory, except for him of course. Clearly is getting intel from other employees about who is in and out which is creating a culture of fear, and for what? Multiple sales meetings a week, including Friday afternoon and Monday mornings, which is a waste of everyone's time since obviously most deals haven't had any updates over the weekend. In the office, the culture seems off and walking on eggshells. Can't speak for other locations, but Sydney and APJ in general is not a welcoming or nice place to work due to leadership.
