Some perks and ok salary. But rarely hear people hitting their targets.

Poor culture. Poor managment. High stress low reward. Turn over of staff is massive. about 40% of staff left in 6 months. Me included. Great on the outside. Terrible on the inside

It is unfortunate to hear of your experience. We went through a transition when Optimizely was acquired and are going through a massive transformation. We are excited about the future.
