Good place to work - Software Engineer bei Optimize Solutions: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Small company, great for starting out. I really learned a lot and was able to mold my writing skills into something more appropriate for the editorial world, rather than University-style writing. The office is at a WeWork, which is also great. I went from getting paid $10 an hour to $30 a blog which is amazing for an intern because I basically chose how much I got paid. The main marketing this company does is for Real Estate, which was fun and different to write about. The CEO is very personable and we still keep in touch from time to time. His company is small as of now but he expressed to me that he wanted to run a company with work culture where he says hi to daily, and gets to know his employees. I'm thankful for him for the experience I got!

I would say that the only con, really, is that the company is so small. When I say small I mean that for the majority of the time I interned at Optimize Solutions, it was with just the CEO and then another intern came as I left to go to my next internship the following semester. There wasn't anything wrong with this at all though, because it is a start-up company and I know the CEO plans to build his business up and he has so much potential! I'm only putting a con because I have to.
