      Flexible working hours. Some great people to work with.

      Overall organisation goals seem not aligned. Many inter-departmental conflicts which seems not in the interest of the Senior Management Team. Lack of the day to day leadership appearance. Inconsistent annual holiday system.

      building out your own pathway

      there is no HR for HR. if you go to someone about your superior you are told to figure it out on your own. there have been over 10 different people that came and went in my time there which is very concerning for a company
