      Pros

      We were an amazing team (now almost all of them are leaving or already left the company).

      Kontras

      A lot of changes happened and let the company into a bad atmosphere. A lot of people left the company during the last year.

      Some nice people work there.

      Kontras

      Zero structure. Zero culture. Nobody really knows what they're doing, certainly not the managers which leads to no motivation within the team. I never thought I would witness such incompetence within a company.

      Was great before! But now is very bad.

      Firing key people. Letting key people leave. Spirit doesn't exist. Bad new managers. Bad new culture.
