The company took on too much at one time without demonstrating success in Hayward and did not pay attention to details. While a high level optimistic vision seemed to be in place, working out the details to achieve the vision was not adequate. Spent hoards of money but made it difficult to obtain the simple items to run manufacturing. Did not have the right leadership in key roles, those in place hurt the company.
