Pros
Great atmosphere, fast paced, enjoyable people. Challenging. Very easy to get motivated. Working in a start up environment is something that everyone should try at some point. It's extremely exciting and challenging. The facilities group i worked with were talented, worked well as a team, and supported each other.
Kontras
There weren't many downsides. It was a really great company to work for. The only con would be that it was shutdown.
