Firstly, all the “senior” operational staff are straight out of university OR don’t have any other business experience, so they have no idea how abnormal this place is. I worked here for six weeks, and out of 60 employees 17 quit. That is phenomenal turnover, but my 23 year old boss told me that it’s completely normal at this company. He even said over 29 people quit under him (again a 23 year old manger… im 15 years older who worked in a Fortune 500 company). The company is a sweat shop, you work incredible hours… I worked everyday from 7:30am until 8pm or later (NO OVERTIME). You also get work on the weekend, and if it’s not done to their satisfaction you get lectured (and threats). This place is half prison half elementary school. PLUS they pay you next to nothing!!!! I imagine anything positive said about this place is by the current employees pressured to say something positive about this place. STAY AWAY!
