Good flexible working and pay levels above average.
Kontras
Very US focused. Not much interested in other marks outside of being able to say they have a global footprint. They operate very discriminatory hiring processes. In the name of DEI they are open about discriminatory practices which I am fairly sure if scrutinised would not be legal.
