Where do I start? The training and onboarding is essentially non-existent, expect to have little to no guidence when learning the portfolio of products. Opentext grows through aquistion, so expect constant change and layoffs. Zero upward mobility because Directors are more concerned with having to replace a top performer, rather than advancing an employees career. Finally, Opentext is terrible at cloud deployments, their pricing is astronomical and the time it takes to get a cloud quote is weeks to months, which often times forces the customer to go elsewhere. Often times we are forced to use a partner for most deals ( especially cloud) because Opentexts professional services pricing is outrageous and takes 2-3 times longer than our partners and competition.
