No space for diverse perspectives or voices. No space for needs of employees outside of the group majority. There is definitely a favored type of employee and if you scroll through the leaders and managers, it’s those who look and sound like them, or come from their circles. “Fit” is what works here. They will hire, promote and reward their own. They sell inclusion but prefer not to make room for it internally.
