      Opengate system Flexibility of work timings to have better work anf personal life balance

      No Job Security Comapny is relied on one or two big clients , Company isn't doing that well these months. Sudden disappearance of colleagues and later will get to know that are asked for forced resignation by the management and settle 2 months salary. There are many engineers who know each others from 10-15 years , so apart from them no body is so important for the company.
