Pros

Mostly nice people. Good snacks.

Kontras

No career progression, no bonus, no salary increase. The culture has gone rapidly downhill in the last few months unfortunately. Staff are expected to be in the office 4 days per week, which is a massive step backwards and has had a negative impact on diversity and inclusion.

Pros

Since being with OpenPayd I have received support and help from both my direct colleagues as well as the wider teams. I joined OpenPayd for the culture and flexibility it offers and it has not disappoint, I am grateful to be surrounded by this amazing group of people from whom I can learn and grow with.

1) Friendly people. 2) Management that listens and encourages employees to take initiative. 3) Opportunities to learn and advance ones career. 4) Hybrid work + possibility to work up to two months remotely from anywhere. 5) Nice and spacious offices.
