People are not valued at all. Seen as replaceable at any time, in fact they count on it and are continually recruiting. Bad micromanagement, strict targets, constant critique and a toxic work culture. People put on their sales face but you know they are not happy there. Don't be fooled by words like flexible, fun and supportive environment. You are treated like a child and monitored at all times.
