Pros
The team and the environment is great. Job security is excellent (as long as you don't cause anything major). Benefits are not too bad but it could always be better. Management at the work location are good (not the ones from headquarter) Great learning environment (team is very helpful).
Kontras
1) Compensation is horrible. 2) They request employees to get certified and take on additional duties (for promotion) but no promotion to follow. 3) There is a glass ceiling blocking most of the productive and knowledgeable employees from moving up. 4) They rather hire someone for a senior role from outside than choose from inside who has more than enough qualifications to fill the position. 5) Roles are filled by outside applicants without informing the internal candidates first.
