Pros
I have a great group of co-workers who are inclusive and genuine as well as top-notch Salesforce experts. Running large exciting projects along with a great group of delivery folks who never cease to amaze me with the solutions they find! It has not been often in my life that I described going to work as fun, but I do now. I enjoy the people, culture, and work!
Kontras
We do still have to work. Kidding aside, there really are not cons outside of the normal bumps that come up in normal work life, but working with good leadership makes quick reduction of the bumps.
